What you’ll be doing:
- First point of contact with our customers to support resolving of issues, providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting and/or escalation
- Responsible for ensuring effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Coordinating technical communication within the company between regional sales teams, globally, along with the Engineering team during the post-sales phase
- Managing product calibration and service sales activities
- Maintaining sales demonstration equipment inventory
What we’re looking for:
- Completed Engineering degree and/or
- Relevant Tertiary Education in Electronics, Electrical, Software, Computer Science or Technical Sales
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in global technical sales and/or technical customer support
- Previous experience working in a distributed environment and troubleshooting issues remotely
- Experience with CRM (Insightly), ERP and Jira advantageous
- Strong Microsoft office and Google Suite skills
